I am so grateful for Doug and Abby. I am from out of town and was attending a funeral. When I got to my car I noticed a nail in my tire. I pulled to Novak’s around 4:30, when I walked in looked like the front desk lady was about to leave, but when she saw me walk in so was so polite and asked me what I needed. I told her my situation and she got Doug who was able to plug my tire and get me back home. I can’t thank you two enough🙏
